Baker Personal Training is a fully equipped gym, but we are exclusively dedicated to our personal training clients and you won’t find the crowds and chaos standard in most commercial health clubs or large group classes.

At Baker Personal Training we specialize in strength & fitness for men and women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond. We train clients and athletes of all ages, but our typical client is 45-75 years of age and looking for a comprehensive training program that is simple and safe, and delivers an antidote to the physical problems associated with the aging process.

All clients are placed on a customized strength & fitness program appropriate for their goals, their needs, and their current level of ability. Strength Training should be the number one priority of men and women ages 40 and above.
