While Andy’s work now primarily focuses on strength training for older adults, Baker Personal Training has been the training home for many of Kingwood’s top athletes since 2007.
Under Andy’s guidance, Baker Personal Training has produced Division I college athletes in a wide variety of sports including swimming, football, baseball, volleyball, rowing, and track & field.
Graduates of our program have gone onto some of the nation’s top athletic programs including University of Oklahoma, University of Texas, Notre Dame, Arizona State, Auburn, TCU, and the Naval Academy.
We have experience working with athletes at both the high school and collegiate level as well as Masters Athletes who compete in a wide array of competitive and recreational sports.
